Grapes sourced from mature vineyards grown on the volcanic soils of the southern Mornington Peninsula. Quality fruit and careful handling give this sparkling wine a complex and balanced palate. The nose is hay and melon. The palette is rich and mouth filling with fresh fruit. Structure is elegant and impressive.
